As you can see in the video, the new Paint tool has a much more elegant design, UI and stands out immediately by support for 3D elements, allowing users to create figures and three-dimensional environments (probably even with the integration of HoloLens). On the side of the Microsoft there is still no information, however, the new Paint may appear as early as on next October 26, 2016, in the event that Microsoft has already planned for the presentation of the new line of Microsoft Surface.
