You need to click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
From the profile menu, select Settings.
On the Settings page, click on the Privacy and Security option.
On the right pane, click on the View Account Data link behind the Account Data.
Now find the Account Activity section, beneath ‘Search History’, click on the View All link.
The next page will show you the Instagram Search History. You need to click on the Clear Search History option to clear the search history.
