The version 69 of the tech giant Google’s web browser, Chrome brings lots of design changes, new features. The newer version of Google Chrome also comes with an updated password manager, a more accurate auto-fill feature and a bunch of other changes meant for the developers. After the launch of Chrome 69, the company, of course, the tech giant Google has started to roll out the beta version of update 70 for Chrome on Android and MAC. The latest update brings one of the most important features to the browser. The latest 70 beta build enables support for fingerprint sensors on Android and Mac devices.
The latest feature will help users to authenticate payments on websites using the fingerprint scanner. Basically, the fingerprint scanner will come in use for the 2-factor authentication on websites. Not only that even the update 70 beta for Chrome also brings lots of minor changes as well. The Chrome 70 will continue with the HTTPS adoption that was introduced in Chrome 69. Now the browser will show a ‘Not Secure’ warning and a red alert icon whenever a user tries to enter the password or any other personal data on non-HTTPS web pages.
The all-new Google Chrome 70 beta has a few other exciting features like the browser will now exit full-screen mode automatically whenever dialog box for things like payments, file pickers, authentication prompts appears.
